Rates & Reservations

 

Special Introductory Rate - $89 per night plus a general excise tax of 4.167% and a transient accommodations tax of 7.25% plus a $104.17 non refundable cleaning fee including the general excise tax and a $500 refundable security deposit.

The security deposit is due within 7 days or sooner of your booking reservation and returned within 14 days after your departure minus any extra cleaning or damages.

There is a (3) three night minimum stay only upon availability.

Forms of payment: personal check, cashiers check, money order or bank to bank wire in transfer of funds.

Cancellation policy: The security deposit is totally separate from the total vacation rental amount and is due and payable within (7) days of the booking reservation. The total vacation rental amount is due and payable (60) days or sooner prior to your check in date. If the total vacation rental amount payment is not received and paid 60 days prior to your confirmed booking reservations check in date you will forfeit your total security deposit. The total vacation rental amount payment and the total security deposit payment amount may be forfeited if we are given a cancellation notice (45) days prior to you check in date. If we are able to re-rent your dates of cancellation you will be refunded for those cancelled dates only. No refunds for early departures unless those dates can be re-rented.

No smoking/ parties/functions or pets. Only members of the registered rental party that are listed on the vacation rental agreement are allowed within the home or on the property. Violation of any of these above terms may result in the total forfeiture of your security deposit.

Occupancy: (2) two adults maximum.

Check in time is 3 PM. Check out time is 11 AM.
